Public Profile

The Files.fm Public Profile gives you a simple way to organize, showcase, and publish your digital content - from portfolios and event galleries to public photo and video archives.

It’s a practical solution for photographers and content creators, as well as sports and media organizations, event organizers, and businesses that want their content to be well organized, easy to discover, and accessible to their audience.

Getting started is simple - just change the access settings of any gallery to “Published on my profile page.” You can remove it from your Public Profile just as easily at any time.

Customize Your Profile

Customize your Public Profile to match your visual identity - add a profile and cover image, adjust the color scheme, and choose how your content is displayed.

You can also add a profile description with information about content usage rights, as well as your contact details and links to social media.

To keep your content easy to browse, organize galleries into categories and customize the order in which they appear to profile visitors.

Organized Portfolio or Media Archive

Create a clear, easy-to-navigate content structure by organizing your galleries by year, event, topic, project, or any other way that works for you.
Use categories for an additional layer of organization - group different galleries into thematic sections and help your audience find relevant content faster.

Smart Search

Files.fm AI analyzes images to help you and your visitors find photos in large galleries more easily. It’s especially useful for public events, conferences, sports competitions, and other events where people want to quickly find their own photos.

Files.fm AI can recognize faces, making it possible to search, filter, and download photos of a specific person in just a few seconds.

OCR technology is also used to detect visible text in images, including participant numbers, names, logos, and other readable text.

Receive Files

Enable a file upload form on your Public Profile so other users can easily send files directly to you.

Customize the form to suit your needs - choose the language and design, add the required input fields, and select the folder where uploaded files will be stored.

Files submitted through the form are not publicly accessible - only you can view them, and you can adjust their access permissions whenever needed. You can also receive email notifications when new files are uploaded.

This is especially useful for organizations, event organizers, and teams that need a simple way to collect photos, videos, documents, or other files from clients, partners, and contributors.

Digital Content Sales

Turn your Public Profile into your own digital content store - sell photos, videos, PDFs, audio files, and other digital content directly from your galleries.

Set a price for an entire gallery or for individual files. You can also offer different prices based on file size and create volume discounts when customers purchase multiple files.

Customers can browse and purchase content directly from your Public Profile, while you can track sales and request payouts in the “Content sales” section.

Discover

The Discover section brings together public galleries shared by Files.fm users - from events and sports competitions to cultural activities and other content worth exploring.

If you have content you’d like to reach a wider audience, activate and customize your Public Profile. Profiles that meet the platform’s requirements may be featured in Discover, making their content visible to more users.

Discover includes both free and paid content, depending on what each creator chooses to offer.

Embed Public Galleries on Your Website

Improve your website’s performance by embedding galleries directly on your site. Choose from multiple layouts to find the format that works best for your content and website.

Embed individual files, complete galleries, or even multiple galleries in a single view.

You can fully integrate a gallery so visitors can browse and download content without leaving your website, or use it as a preview that links to your Public Profile.

Photo Editing

Edit images directly in Files.fm - crop, rotate, resize, adjust colors, apply filters, and make other quick corrections without opening a separate editing app.
It’s a convenient option when you only need a few simple changes and want to keep your workflow in one place.

Save the edited image as a new copy, replace the original file, or download the finished version in the format you need.
